Tri-tips come from the tip of the sirloin and are triangular in shape (Tri-tip). They are a lean cut of beef and rich in flavor. These are quickly becoming a trendy favorite among beef lovers.

When shipping, purchase approximately 10-15lbs of combined beef to help maintain frozen temperature.
