We are two (cousin) families raising and selling black angus beef from our family farm in Elysian, Minnesota. We work hard every day to bring you the highest quality beef. Read more of our story here:

About Us

  • Pasture Raised, Grain Finished

    Our beef grazes our green MN pastures during the warm months and forages on crops we grow and bale during the winter. They are finished on a mixed grain to add extra marbling. They also get mineral tubs (like vitamins) to balance out their diet. We work with our local Ag Partner’s Cattle Nutritionist to give our herd a balanced and wholesome diet to ensure they are healthy and happy.

  • Black Angus + Dry Aging

    We raise black angus beef for its superior flavor profile and dry age it 21 days to add extra depth of flavor and tenderness.

  • Local Beef

    Our shop is regularly updated with new and seasonal stock.

    Customers can also purchase in bulk throughout the year with beef shares. Share sizes come in: 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and whole.
